Supporter Acquisition Manager
Robertson Bell Fundraising are delighted to be recruiting for a Supporter Acquisition Manager for our large national charity client. Based in London you will be managing a committed, loyal and passionate team of seven so we are looking for a great people manager who is creative, entrepreneurial and innovative for this role.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in all things IG with a particular focus on digital development and if you have F2F, membership and/or product development experience to add to the mix that would be fantastic!
Minimum of two years proven successful direct marketing, face to face fundraising and supporter acquisition.
Proven experience of working with budgets in excess of £1m.
Proven track record of developing a fundraising strategies including setting and achieving ambitious targets, developing policies, processes and budgets
Proven track record of achieving significant growth through direct marketing activity.
Experience of appointing and managing specialist suppliers and agencies
Experience of developing processes and measures in a fast moving business environment.
Although our client is a sizeable organisation you will no way be a 'small cog in a big wheel'. The fundraising team are only small by comparison but hugely successful. You will be in at the coalface and be able to see the results of your work. This is an incredibly exciting time for the charity who are delivering a multitude of impressive transformational projects.
