Account Manager for a car and van leasing company
My client has an exciting opportunity for bright, enthusiastic and driven Account Managers to join them. They are one of Times top 100 companies to work for and they are the UK’s leading Leasing Broker. Their market position gives them the opportunity to add more staff to their existing loyal teams, and give plenty of support and chances to progress.
They are looking for individuals who have previous sales experience or very strong customer service experience. This is NOT a cold calling role, as they receive a high volume of enquiries through TV, radio advertising and their website. You can be confident that all leads will have expressed an interest in the product. Their success and continuing growth are down to the positive and proactive attitudes of their staff, and top performing sales people can earn in the region of £40,000 or more per year.
The role will involve dealing with a high level of incoming sales enquiries, as well as dealing with existing customers to offer various leasing plans across the whole commercial vehicle range. Motor trade experience would be advantageous but not essential because in-house and online training will take place twice a month.
Essential candidate qualities:
- Previous sales or very strong customer service experience
- Self-driven and quick thinking with a positive "can do" attitude
- Exceptional communication skills as well as an excellent telephone manner
- Capable of confidently following through all steps of the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work within a team environment
- Driving licence preferred
- Enthusiastic and able to deal with problems effectively
