Location: South West London
Salary: £37,000pa - £48,000pa DEO
Hours: 37. 5 hours / 9am - 5pm

Time Recruitment is currently representing an industry leader in the field of mental health, renowned in the private sector as a national mental health organisation working closely with the NHS.

We are currently looking for experienced Senior RMN to become a Ward Manager on a purpose built Child and Adolescent eating Disorder unit located in South West London.

This ward is 22 bedded that's provides specialist care to young people who are experiencing Eating Disorders. The team in place are a recovery focused team and there goal is to make sure they can discharge young people safely. Teaming up with therapy and education to make sure the best recovery programme is in place.

Your role as the Ward Manager on the CAHMS ward will require you to be a pivotal part of the senior leadership team; requiring the following competencies:

* Good understanding of statutory regulations
* Setting quality improvement objectives
* Planning and co-ordination of the quality & management of nursing care
* Extensive clinical and management experience
* Experience in CAHMS
* Fine-tuned decision making skills
* A role model to other staff - providing advice and support to promote good practice
* Enable and encourage team members to expand and develop their own competencies
* NMC Registered - RMN
