Commercial Property Solicitor , East Midlands

NQ+ opportunity here within a noted team handling commercial property work for the firm's key clients.

With your city or large regional background you will be ambitious and have a broad range of experienced gained in your training contract. You should also have had good exposure working alongside senior partners and associates.

You will be technically strong and be happy to work in a large team environment.

Individual flair is not stifled in this department. Your ideas can be listened to and progressed and you can ask for development. Your caseload will change as soon as you are ready that you can handle more complex work.

You will have a broad spectrum of real estate experience including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, and development/construction in particular. You will act for a range of quality clients including real estate developers, investors in property, public sector organisations and occupiers, along with a range of other private sector businesses.

Relocators will be considered but you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the East Midlands.
