Business Development Executive
Well established nationwide hotel chain looking for talent individual to join us in our Acquisition Sales Team. We’re leaders in the hospitality industry with a presence in every city in the UK.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Manager, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to work within our sales and commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling all new business requests and first stage qualified opportunities, on a single, multi-site & UK wide basis.
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to graduate level and be looking to develop a long and successful career in sales. You will be working in a small office so attitude and personality are just as important as experience. We will offer a robust training program as well as accredited sales training from one of the UK’s leading sales talent organisations.
Basic Salary £18-25k depending on experience, negotiable

- Making initial contact via telephone and meeting with potential clients as required
- Managing a team of up to 3 Sales Development Representatives
- Nurturing warm leads from initial stage through to closing the deal
- Sourcing and creating your own leads
- Educated to degree level
- 2 years’ experience of working within a corporate sales environment, ideally hospitality or b2b sales
- Driven, with a passion for making good quality relationships to maintain key accounts
- High levels of self-motivation
- Demonstrated ability and experience meeting sales targets
- Have excellent client facing and telephone skills
- Good Written and IT Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
