This specialist London based IT Company is looking to recruit a 1st Line Service Desk IT Engineer.

Role:
This is a First Line Engineer Role, reporting to the 1st Line Team Leader
- Responsible for managing a queue of tickets under their assignment
- Ensuring that all tickets assigned to them are updated and dealt with accordingly
- Answer calls and log helpdesk tickets and ensure that all procedures and policies are carried out correctly
- Report any issues that occur with the 1st Line Team Leader so they can be dealt with accordingly

Skills:
- Experience of answering calls
- Experience of logging customer issues
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider or similar environment
- Experience in a customer focused role
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems 7 to 10
- An Excellent working knowledge of Office 365
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- An excellent working knowledge of major PC hardware components.
- Must be able to communicate articulately, positively and effectively
- Proficient in technologies such as TCP/IP networking, wireless and security issues
