A leading Global Financial Institution is seeking to employ a Senior Business Finance Manager – Group Wealth Management, based in London.

Hours 35 per week/permanent.

Competitive salary offered.

The role holder is a business partner and will support the Global Wealth Management team in financial analysis and various Finance transformation (Service Proposition) activities. They will also have regular and direct engagement with senior members in Group Wealth teams in London and Hong Kong, and key point of connect with Group and Country Business Finance teams. The role holder will lead global market products within Retail Banking and Wealth Management including, FX, Structured Products, Bonds and Equities. The role holder will be responsible for financial analysis, business case development and tracking as well as analysing commercial drivers to understand the impact towards financials. They will play a key role in improving the forecasting capability and innovate into predicative an Artificial Intelligence techniques into forward looking analysis.

The role holder will support Global Wealth & Premier teams in oversight responsibility over Europe region, focusing on UK and France. Pioneer and lead the utilization of advanced visualisation capability (via D&S Workstream) to enhance reporting and insights for Wealth management and also support other team members in Global Wealth Management Forecast models development. The role holder will be supporting senior management in Group Wealth Management to control department costs, by providing cost reports, trends and analysis to maintain strong cost discipline.

The successful candidate will be a graduate and will have the following:

  • Extensive experience in Financial planning, Analysis and controllership;
  • Strong Financial Acumen;
  • Proven ability in successful project management and process-designs;
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills;
  • Professional accountancy qualification is preferable;
  • Strong customer service ethos and high energy levels to be effective in a pressured environment.
