Customer Service Administrator
Newport, Gwent
£12.52 per hour


Are you looking for a new challenge within administration? Would you like to work with a large, well respected public sector organisation providing support to customers when they need you the most? Can you get to their real need and help us deliver a personable customer experience? We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our reputable clients' organisation, working on a 3 month contract with possible extension in Newport.

What you'll be doing:

  • Cleaning data received from business surveys.
  • Liaising with survey respondents - answering any queries that they may have.
  • Make a number or outgoing calls, plus handle incoming calls to meet branch targets.
  • Ad hoc administration duties given by line manager.


What you'll need:

  • Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Proficient at navigating around various databases.
  • Excellent telephone skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
