Sheridan Maine are working exclusively with our client based in Ringwood. This is an interesting business who requires a Temp for 12 weeks to cover sickness with the potential of the role going permanent. You will have 2 years experience of Purchase Ledger within a medium sized company.

Key duties:

- Reconciling supplier account ledgers against statements in preparation of monthly payment runs.
- Dealing with supplier queries-phone mail and email.
- Assisting clients with processing queries and investigating errors.
- Building and maintaining long term professional relationships at all levels.
- Be able to deal with banking queries.
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties.

Skills required:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Good liaison & negotiating skills.
- Time management skills.
- Good record keeping skills.
- IT literate (especially Excel). Knowledge of Dream is desirable.
- Able to work on own & as part of a team.
- Self motivated.
- Able to prioritise & manage own work load.

This is a great opportunity to learn new things and take on extra responsibilities if the role becomes permanent.

Parking, good working hours with an early finish on Friday.
