Our exciting client based in London is currently recruiting for a Franchise Development Manager. The main purpose of the role is to sell the company's franchise proposals to potential franchisees across Europe. The successful candidate will also engage in supplying operational support to the franchise team and providing guidance and training occasionally.

Offices available in Baker Street, Uxbridge and Staines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manager prospects and make calls to prospects/present opportunity
  • Arrange communication with existing franchise owners for references
  • Assisting the prospect through the due diligence procedure, supporting them with business preparation, bank loan submission and government grants
  • Prepare and mark up franchise agreements
  • Sell 5 new franchise owners per quarter
  • Create marketing recommendations
  • Organising presentation and exhibition material for events and present at franchise seminars
  • Regularly prepare 'hot sheet' status report
  • Train new staff in franchise sales - India, UK, Germany

Key Skills:

  • Confident in presenting the franchise business opportunity to people
  • Sales Training experience
  • Good knowledge of recruitment as an industry
  • Good knowledge of Business Administration & Management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products such as word, excel, power point
  • Experience selling services/solutions
