Our client is a growing company with an unmatched reputation, which is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Biotech Patent Attorney, with a background in antibodies, to join their dynamic team. This is a truly unmissable opportunity where the successful candidate will have the chance to work on all aspects of the company’s IP, working in a close-knit and supportive environment. In addition, this role comes with the potential and flexibility to really make of it what you want, with the following responsibilities (and more!) being on offer:
- Drafting and prosecution
- Invention harvesting
- Freedom to operate analysis
- Educating the company’s scientists on IP management matters
- Due diligence work
- Contentious matters and litigation
- Non-IP legal work
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a fully qualified EPA, and preferably also a CPA, although those who are on the cusp of qualification will also be considered. With a degree in a relevant life sciences subject, you will have gained a wide-ranging experience of patent portfolio management in your career to date, and you will be comfortable communicating with a diverse range of colleagues.
