Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £19,000 PA + bonus

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within my clients well established firm, for two Sales executives to join their small friendly team. To be considered for these posts, you must have previous experience within a telesales environment and your own transport. The main objective of the role is to work in conjunction with other team members and the sales team leader, delivering an in-bound and out-bound telephone sales function to the automotive trade.

The key duties include:

- To achieve agreed levels of vehicle sales by managing call activity and striving to exceed set targets on a regular basis.
- To meet the agreed level of contact with existing accounts as may be necessary to maintain/increase levels of business activity.
- To identify sales opportunities and effectively present key features and benefits of products to secure new business.
- To ensure that all customer details are fully completed within the database.
- Develop and nurture new retailers/buyers to the network through relationship building and telesales.
- Ensure that the Company brand objectives are communicated and reinforced to our customers, both internal and external.
- Share best practice with colleagues to improve performance and efficiencies.
- Deliver a call to order ratio in line with company objectives, your experience and training delivered.

The Person:

You will be a strong administrator with a proven track record, proven customer service experience, and the ability to prioritise a hectic workload.
