Junior Sous Chef
**Junior Sous Chef - Conference & Banqueting - Iconic Venue - Maidstone Area - Up to £26,000**
We are currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef for a fast paced, high volume iconic venue in the Kent area. Fresh produce and high standards are part of the company's ever present ethos.
The venue is constantly catering for prestigious guests and the ideal candidate would come from a similar experience with exposure to a variety or events including weddings, private parties and large event catering. Working with an established team, shift patterns would be varied dependant on event bookings. Under the supervision of a passionate, standards driven Executive Head Chef, the perfect candidate would also develop their own skills and knowledge.
Opportunities to progress within the brigade and within the company are available
You MUST ensure food standards are kept high, be punctual and have the passion and drive to succeed is essential. HACCAP and COSHH requirements will be expected but extensive coaching will be provided.
The position is paying up to £26,000 per annum for the perfect candidate.
