* Basic up to £40k + Uncapped Commission circa 100% *

This is a fantastic opportunity for a high achieving sales professional who is looking to progress their career in a global environment. The company produce events which are well known for their excellent content.

The successful candidate will be given an opportunity to join the team taking sponsorship sales responsibility for one of the largest and strongest brands within the portfolio. Your key responsibilities will be the development of new business relationships and attempting to secure sponsorship deals. You will be selling cross portfolio and with both established products and ones which are newer to the market.

To take on this challenge as Sponsorship Sales Manager you must have demonstrable sales experience, preferably in sponsorship along with a commercial ability, drive and ambition.

We are looking for someone who can display;
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales - Ideally in delegates and/or sponsorship
* Degree level of education or equivalent
* A track record in achieving (ideally exceeding) sales targets
* A strong understanding of sales processes and various methodology
* The confidence and an excellent phone manner
* The ability to work independently or as part of a small team.

The successful candidate will find themselves working with international clients and also having the opportunity to meet with them face to face through international travel. This is a meaty role which will prove great career progression and look excellent on your CV!
