Are you an experienced Peripatetic or Regional Manager looking for a new challenge? We are working with a growing prestige provider of elderly care to recruit for a Peripatetic Regional Manager for an area covering approximately 6 - 8 homes across the Yorkshire/Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire region.
Our client’s portfolio is growing and they now have a need for someone to take over this region and deliver the company standard of high quality person centred care. The company has been built up by the owner to ensure that all residents feel valued and well catered for whatever the needs of the person.
The candidate will need to be flexible and be able to be reactive to changes in the needs of the region. This will be a hybrid role where it will have elements or regional and elements of peripatetic management as the region requires.
You will be tasked with increasing occupancy, working with the managers of the regions to ensure compliance, and fully staffed occupied homes. You will be working with a very supportive management team and have support as required.
You will need to have a stable work history and be experienced in regional and peripatetic/turnaround management. You will ideally be a qualified nurse but this is not essential
