Business Analysts' Marketing and Communciations
We are looking for Business Analysts for a large charity based in Poole to support the Marketing and Communications Transformation Programme and make it is scoped, specified, approved, designed and delivered within the timescales, and to the quality expected. Two fixed term contracts, ne 12 months, the other 18 months.

The Business Analyst has responsibility to seek, analyse, specify and validate the business needs of the Programme stakeholders, convey user requirements to procurement and development teams and apply proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to help ensure that programme deliverables are met.
Analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards and translate into functional requirements in a manner that is understood by the developers / project team
Utilise and promote the use of Continuous Improvement (CI) Principles to prepare and deliver specifications
Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
Collaborate with developers, programmers, designers, testers, trainers and service delivery to ensure the smooth delivery of new software programs, applications and business solutions
Essential - Educated to degree standard or equivalent and substantial experience in the IS industry in a business analysis role
Project Management trained or significant practical experience.
Able to demonstrate practical ITIL experience.
Highly Desirable Broad experience in the procurement and delivery of marketing / digital technology.
Desirable Extensive experience with large organisations core business processes, operations and software applications, eg ERP, CRM, Marketing Systems.
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modelling, verification, and methodology development. Experience overseeing the procurement, design, development, and implementation of software solutions, systems, or products.
