I am currently working with a fantastic 4* Hotel property in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham. They are looking for a chef de partie, pub chef, to join their brilliant kitchen team.

The hotel has a great food offering with a 2AA Rosette restaurant, large capacity for weddings and private functions, multiple conference rooms and a daily pub restaurant service. The hotel is also a very popular spot with leisure and spa facilities and a great location to relax during the sunny season.

The ideal candidate for this role will have access to their own transport, will have a minimum of 2 years fresh food experience, will be able to demostrate great knife skills and be able to work to a fast pace under pressure.

The successful candidate will be able to open many doors for their future, being part of a 2AA rosette kitchen team you will be able to train and develop your skills and also be able to gain valuable experience helping deliver a service to very high standards. Alongside this you will be offered a very competitive salary + package.
