Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join my client on a permanent basis as part of their Customer Support Team in Tewkesbury. This is a diverse role which means you will be relied upon to prioritise and manage demands while ensuring the highest level of quality is delivered. My client, a specialist in the Aerospace industry can offer good progression opportunities along with a competitive salary and benefits.

You'll be responsible for the timely progression of all original equipment and aftermarket investigation return units received at their Tewkesbury site that require routing through the relevant engineering functions of the returns process until all activities are complete. As a result, you'll need to be able to manage customer demands in a professional manner ensuring quality is never compromised.

Your previous experience in a Customer Support Role within an Engineering Business will give you a sound understanding of the technical challenges your customers face. It is however, your ability to prioritise and provide excellent customer service while delivering tasks with an exceptional eye for detail that will really add value.

Key Skills

*Excellent organisation skills with ability to manage own work load in accordance with external and internal customer requirements with no supervision

*Be able to make decisions on correct next course of action based on sound technical and process knowledge

*Posses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and capable of maintaining a good working relationship with internal and external customers.

*An NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Business Administration plus progressive experience in an Engineering focussed role (Preferably within the aerospace industry).

OR

*An NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in an Engineering field plus progressive experience in an Engineering focussed role (Preferably within the aerospace industry)

*Proven general capabilities in computer literacy including specific proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
