The role of a recruitment business developer with this company is challenging, exacting and rewarding. From your first day, you’ll be deeply involved in the entire recruitment cycle at the middle to senior end of the FMCG marketplace. You will be taking instructions from clients and providing them with a shortlist of high calibre candidates, in addition to opening doors into existing global PSLs and winning new business to creating new global relationships.

The Incentives:

• Starting salary of £18,000-£25,000 per annum

• Good working knowledge of technology
