Customer Account Manager (SaaS)

We have a fantastic opportunity working as a Customer Account Manager for a business which sits in the digital technology space This is a role within a business which will really develop as part of working for a global organisation and become a fantastic career within the industry
We are looking for someone who can really develop as a consultative Customer Account Manager, someone who understands both the needs and requirements of the business, but who can also drive the client retention and growth, the business has seen in recent years.
This role is all about the delivery of a superb customer experience, upselling customer solutions and services to existing customers, whilst proactively managing all retention and client account activities. Supporting the renegotiation of contracts with fleet clients who value the SaaS product as vital to their business efficiency and overall ROI.
The right person for this role will be 3-5 years into a successful career in sales or account management. Working on a B2B basis, ideally within the SaaS space, having experience with WebEx, virtual sales and presenting to customers and stakeholders at varying levels would be a distinct advantage in the role.
You'll need to be a super communicator across all levels and someone who understands the need to be accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders
