Employee Benefits Consultant

£55,000 to £65,000 plus annual bonus and very generous benefits package

My client is a leading Financial Service firm with a strong Private Client and Corporate business. They have a national network of office that is currently going through a period of investment and growth. As a result of this my client is looking for additional Employee Benefits consultants to work within a number of their regional offices.

You will be reporting to a highly successful Business Development Director and managing a mixed portfolio of established and new corporate business clients. The company has an excellent retention record with their clients and this is driven by the absolute focus on providing an outstanding service to them. With this in mind, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills and be proactive in attending face to face client meets to build genuine client relationships. If you enjoy build strong professional relationships with clients, then this could be an excellent move for you. Due to the high number of clients they currently support, the role will be at least 70% account management, but there will be an element of new business development. Leads are provided via the Private Client side of the business, so this is a very soft sell role.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years Employee Benefits account management experience and be Diploma Level 4 qualified (DipFA) and have the business acumen to identify additional revenue streams and up sell other products and services to your clients.

Due to the high level of response we receive, only applicants that are DipFA level 4 qualified and have at least 3 years’ experience of account management in Employee Benefits, will be considered.
