Are you excited by social media marketing?

My client is a leading player in the savings and investment market. With over 25 millions customers, and more than £135 billions invested they are one of the largest savings organisations in the UK.

They are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to drive the delivery of the social media strategy, its adoption and integration of appropriate ways of working for social media across the business.

You will:
• Ensure effective, accurate and timely and compliant updates of social media channels and content to enhance the customer experience and presentation of the customer offer
• Coordinate developments and improvements to social media content and experience, in alignment with the customer experience principles and target customer offer lowering customer effort and driving channel shift
• Work to continuously improve the processes and methodology for maintaining social media as part of the overall customer journey
• Act as the gatekeeper and oversee the quality and appropriateness of developments and improvements to social media content and experience
• Ensure that all channels remain compliant and in line with FCA guidelines

You will have:
• Experience of using social media in a customer services or marketing environment (ideally both) to improve customer communications and overall experience
• Experience of coordinating digital content publishing between colleagues, agencies, suppliers and specialists
• Experience gained in a similar role in a regulated environment
• Excellent knowledge of social media tools, industry trends and developments
• In-depth understanding of user experience, accessibility and usability issues
• Excellent time and task management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Relevant university degree
