This highly reputable and rapidly expanding contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team in the North of Scotland. They act as a main contractor across all major construction areas and have a strong upcoming pipeline of works. The strength of there reputation has been generated from their proven track record in delivering projects not only within stringent time and budgetary requirements, but also in keeping with their meticulous, self-imposed dedication to high quality finished works.
Your new role
As a Site Manager with this proven contractor you will need to have an understanding of NEC contracts or worked under scape frame work. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering quality structures and finishes on time and within budget. Previous experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects within the commercial sector is also required. In managing the site team for this contractor you must be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the construction industry. As Site Manager it is expected that you have SMSTS or CSCS.
What you'll need to succeed
As Site Manager with this contractor you will be responsible for planning & managing all day to day construction activities on site. You will also plan and manage all subcontractor activities leading the site team and liaising with other departments of staff. In fulfilling the role of Site Manager you will ensure a high standard of finish is achieved on each project and that the company's high standards of HSE are maintained.
