Chef de Partie - Fresh Food Pub Aiming for Rosette
My client; an independent fine dining gastro pub in North Essex, is looking for a CDP with fine-dining experience to join their kitchen team.
The role will be suitable for Demi CDP's or CDP's looking to take the next step in their career.
You would be working in a team serving aprox 60 covers per service on a 4 course set menu including amuse bouche, canapes and petit-fours. My client is closed on Monday's and Tuesday's but does offer a Lunch and Dinner service throughout the rest of the week.
There is a dedicated support network in place, including development and support from the Owner who is a highly respected Executive Head Chef of a Cambridgeshire Fine Dining Restaurant.
My Client is hoping to achieve Rosettes for this particular site as soon as possible so Fine Dining Experience is a must.
