Job Title: Principle Building Physics Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions has received an opportunity for a Building Physics Engineer to join one of our largest and most prestigious clients at the level of Principle. This role will see the selected candidate take complete responsibility of building physics throughout the entire project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients and other departments as a lead representative of the design team, monitoring cost and time requirements reporting target changes to the project teams, undertake feasibility studies and site visits related to building physics and ensure all documentation is up to date and completed on time.

Our client is a busy contractor renowned for their extensive list of prestigious projects. Through blending experience and imagination they not only break ground with their innovation but provide real results for customers. Working within a highly regulated Nuclear environment our client is seeking a Principal Building Physics Engineer to join their team in the Leeds office. Located in the heart of Leeds vibrant city centre, the offices are easily accessible by National transport links.

Candidate Requirements:

·Experience in a similar position (within Building Physics)

·Educated to a degree level in within a relevant field

·Good working knowledge of relevant buildings legislation

·Good knowledge of building physics procedure and standards

·Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload effectively

·Good interpersonal and communication skills, confident liaising with clients , other departments and developing younger engineers

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building services and have a proven track record of successfully working on all stages of a variety of projects. Our client is offering the opportunity to perform a key role in an established organisation and an excellent salary package for this permanent role based in Leeds.
