A Business Analyst with 3-5 years Insurance background is required for a Digital Insurance Group, who seeks a person to skilled and enthusiastic business analyst to support the development of their service gateway,.
Candidates will have knowledge of insurance policy administration, policy lifecycles and workflows, be skilled at meeting facilitation and presentation, strong time management skills and project management skills, must thrive in a fast-paced, time-compressed and dynamic environment. Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ideally with experience with Agile methodologies, especially Agile Scrum, knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle, experience with Story Mapping
The role - To capture, define, prioritise, document and explain business requirements based on project objectives. Create and maintain user stories. Evaluate, analyse and manage vendors. Provide operational expertise in insurance policy administration. Communicate regularly with other stakeholders and manage stakeholder needs. Overcome project impediments and report regularly on progress. Work closely with product owners and engineering team to support product development. Contribute to product roadmap and backlog
The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling the insuretech movement, thereby modernising and revolutionising the global insurance industry.
Manage internal stakeholders, Perform analysis using appropriate tools and techniques. Coordinate project delivery using appropriate methodologies. Provide timely updates on opportunities, risks, issues, budget and progress.. Produce and manage well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria from undefined and unstructured information. Create and maintain the project backlog. Overcome project impediments and report regularly on progress. Ensure the interfaces between the PAS and all partners, service providers and internal stakeholders work seamlessly.
