My client are part of one of the largest players in the world offering advertising, creative and media services from offices in over 70 countries with more digital staff than any other agency. They've had a great year so far with a multitude of new client wins encompassing some world famous FMCG and Fashion brands as well as many other new clients. They have a well-developed learning and development program and a sociable and meritocratic environment.
Search Executive - The Role
We are looking for an experienced Search Executive, to lead the optimisation of Paid Search campaigns. The dynamic and fast-paced nature of Paid Search demands a mix of creative and analytical skills in order to drive results across our national and global client portfolios.
The ideal Executive will have a passion for the digital industry and technology. They will be interested in understanding how consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products and services; and in how technology can enable brands to engage with and influence this behaviour. The individual will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail. They will be a team player who is keen to learn and is results-driven. They will be ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of account optimisation activity within their accounts and be eager to share their knowledge with the wider team and be an effective mentor and role model to their Assistant.
? Minimum 1 year Paid Search related experience
? Strong analytical and problem solving skills
? Competent mathematical ability

? Team training and leadership skills
Search Executive - Key Responsibilities
? Demonstrate understanding of mechanics of PPC auctions and key optimisation processes
? Effectively monitor the quality and performance of PPC accounts
? Analyse report and account data to spot trends/competitor trends/opportunities for optimisation
? Demonstrate understanding of client KPIs, how they are derived and how they relate to client business objectives
? Demonstrate understanding of cause vs correlation and statistical significance
? Respond to clients' requests in an effi cient and courteous manner, always updating the client where there may be unexpected delays and when a task is completed
? Proactively contribute ideas to improve account performance
? Contribute learnings during search team meetings
? Demonstrate understanding of how to translate data into simple stories
? Build relationships within own team, other departments and media owners
