BDM / Business Development Manager/ Account Manager - POS

£35K-£40K + car/car allowance - dependent on experience
Benefits package: Commission, Car, Healthcare, Laptop etc

The Company
My client are a large POS and graphics provider based in South East London who specialise in a multitude of POS (FSDU's, CDU's etc) and more.

They are looking for a new Business Development Manager/BDM to join their expanding sales team!

The Role:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the London territory, winning new prospective clients and managing through the project management process.

The main responsibilities of the Business Development Manager/BDM will be;
oDevelop long term account plans for new wins
oAttend 40+ client meetings per month to achieve sales targets
oSell consultatively offering solutions for your client base, building rapport and long term relationships
oDevelop Annual Sales Plans which will map your ability to meet and exceed sales targets
oGenerate a sales pipeline of circa £400K to achieve target

The successful candidate will have the following;
o2+ years sales experience within the POS industry
oExisting client base to hit the ground running with
oExperience selling on a consultative basis
