Based out of the Birmingham or Oxford office, Ridge and Partners LLP is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate BIM Co-ordinator to join and strengthen the recently established BIM Consultancy service. Working alongside two Associate BIM Managers, you will be keen to specialise in digitisation of the industry, and adoption of process technologies such as BIM. You will play a key part in the continued growth of this service and will be expected to travel across the UK.
Your new role
*Undertake model federation and co-ordination activities across projects
*Facilitate BIM co-ordination sessions with design teams
*Contribute to internal upskilling across multi-disciplinary teams
What you'll need to succeed
*Self-starter attitude with a passion for wanting to drive change
*Willingness to continually develop self
*Enthusiastic and diligent approach to delivering outputs
*Awareness of BIM standards and Publically Available Specifications
*Knowledge of a BIM authoring tool(s)
*Knowledge of a BIM co-ordination tool(s)
Qualifications & Experience
*Bachelor degree in either Built Environment / BIM / Data Science or Change Management
*Industry experience desirable but not essential
