Venatu consulting are currently working in partnership with our client in recruiting for a Telesales Executive. The role is to support the growth plans for the business and requires the individual to be experienced within a sales/customer service background.
* To develop and maintain relationships with customers ensuring the full product range is discussed and understood.
* Working towards sales targets and key KPI's
* Working towards Retention
* Understanding buying patterns and seasonal requirements
* Working with clients to understand and promote products through buying signals
* Account Management of customers to be the key point of contact
* To work with your manager to ensure a full understanding of customer needs
* You will be required to manage full customer accounts including chasing outstanding debt
* To manage accounts from purchasing to payment, liaising with finance to ensure effective credit control procedures are in operation
Key Skills Required
* Ideally 2 years' sales and customer service experience
* Previous experience using a CRM system and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to plan daily activity
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets
* Self-motivated and good time management.
Hours of work
8.30am - 5pm
