Part of a Boutique Group of Cotswolds based Inns and Hotels, you would only be working with the very best of local produce to create consistently exceptional dishes at this popular and bustling venue which is in a gorgeous market town.
Assisting the Head Chef in the creation of menus and management of the brigade and kitchens, this all-encompassing role would provide a great stepping stone to a Head Chef role in the future as lots of training, development and encouragement will be given to the right chef. There would also be opportunities within the group for further progression.
