A new opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Executive within a friendly sales department. This is a permanent position working for a fast-growing business. We're looking for a confident individual with an excellent telephone manner.

To be successful in this role you'll need to be committed, reliable and hardworking with a positive and have a proactive approach to work.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Outbound sales calls to a mixture of clients from small and large organisations
  • In bound sales enquires
  • Identifying large contraction projects and converting into sales opportunities
  • Contacting existing customers
  • Resolving potential problems with customer
  • Converting opportunities into sales
  • Assisting processing team in busy periods
  • Managing and interpreting customer requirements and developing these requirements to maximise sales potential
  • Calculating client quotations, negotiating payment terms
  • Analysing costs and sales

Skills and experience required:

  • Track record of sales excellence and success
  • Ability to communicate on all different levels
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Working to Key Performance Indicators
  • Negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external customers
  • Excellent IT skills with a sound working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Tenacious attribute
  • Confident and outgoing
  • A desire to beat targets
  • A good team player
  • Pro- active approach to building clients


Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm (30 minute lunch break)

Salary and benefits:

  • £18,000- £20,000 dependant on experience
  • Pension
  • Potential to earn and extra £400 each quarter
