Due to company development a leading Insurance Broker is looking to grow its New Business team and hire an experienced Business Development Executive. The business has an established client base and is looking for you to partake in growing the operation by approaching Commercial clients and growing their book of Commercial Insurance.

You will be responsible for delivering and achieving set targets in-line with the companies’ strategy and operational goals.

You will be provided with a positive and autonomous working environment that is conducive to long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage new business Commercial Insurance Accounts

Meet sales and retention targets

Provide bespoke insurance Commercial Insurance Clients

Obtain alternative insurance solutions to meet prospective client requirements

Visit clients as necessary to review and service insurance needs

Skills

Relevant product knowledge over a wide range of commercial insurance products essential

Proven track record of developing business

Customer focused with relevant experience

Good communication skills and the ability to organise your day / diary effectively

Positive and professional attitude
