Social Account Manager - The Company
Major Players are working with a fantastic, independent digital agency in London who have been delivering strategies and building campaigns that engage audiences since 2003. They are entertainment specialists that mastermind integrated projects across social, online and offline PR, promotions and partnerships creative and beyond. They are a dynamic and fast-paced agency with a client first approach, their work is driven by insight and innovation and they're on a constant quest for quality.

Social Account Manager - The Role
You will be a strong digital native with excellent knowledge of social campaigns from planning to delivery. You'll be working with digital influencers, creating content to promote brands and entertainment releases. The Social Account Manager will be responsible for social strategy, community management, social copywriting, content creation and strategy, reporting/analytics, outreach and account management.

Responsibilities: -

- Interrogate briefs, comparative social & use this insight to shape the campaigns delivered
- Client relationship management - from brief, to pitch to delivery
- Social media management - devising strategies and managing multiple social channels
- Influencer outreach - working with a range of content creators to deliver social and content to promote releases and products
- Supporting and integrating with broader digital & promotions campaigns

Key Skills & Experience

- Exceptional written communication skills and strong presentation skills
- Ability to understand digital marketing & social strategy and how they relate to entertainment marketing
- Familiarity of social analytics tools including platform tools, Sysomos, and so on
- Experience in social media marketing and/or digital content/creative
- Great problem solver, able to think on their feet in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise - handling multiple clients and projects
