One of Domus` clients are currently recruiting for a new Home Manager to join the team in Eastbourne, East Sussex. My client is looking for someone with a background in Healthcare with strong people skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of staff whilst leading by example.

If you have passion, energy and enthusiasm as a manager then you could be perfect for this role.

The Role

  • You will manage all aspects of our home, including identifying new business opportunities, effectively managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance is maintained across all relevant areas
  • Creating and developing strong internal and external relationships, you will play an important role in strengthening the brand as a trusted healthcare partner with key audiences including Local Authority and Primary Care Trust commissioners

Who we`re looking for

  • Someone with a proven record of managing and motivating large teams to produce great results
  • You will have experience of working and keeping track of resources within a multi-site environment
  • You will have a keen focus on improving customer service and quality of care, whilst ensuring your home is operating as a successful business
  • A strong communicator, you will have a confident and influential leadership style that inspires and motivates your team
  • You will have a sound record of financial management including a strong grasp of P&L statements and budgeting
  • You will also hold an LMCS, RMA or equivalent management qualification

The salary for this position is up to £50,000 per annum, plus a fantastic bonus scheme.
