Working within a very fast paced and dynamic company, our client is looking to recruit an individual who has the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. An outline of the role is as follows:

    • Minimum of 3 years payroll experience with strong UK payroll knowledge

    • Minimum 2 years European Payroll knowledge

    • ADP UK experience essential

    • Processing Payrolls from start to finish, including running and supporting interface files from Workday into ADP and European Payroll Providers

    • Manually keying in pay data into ADP

    • Reviewing all payroll reports

    • Creating and maintaining payroll control check lists

    • Reconciliation of payroll journal accounts

    • Carry out tax year end

    • Create process notes and process maps for payroll

    • Create check lists and cheat sheets per payroll

    • Create and update Payroll /HR/Vendor annual calendars

    • Experience dealing with Vendors

    • Experience in managing a payroll with a minimum of 1000 employees

    • Must be very hands on

    • Good Excel and Word

    • Assisting HR with administration as and when required

    • Attention to detail

    • Ability to question tasks being carried out and not afraid to speak up and ask

    • Must have the initiative to review and suggest improvements where necessary

    • Must be a team player

    • Adhoc tasks as assigned by Management

You must have exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail coupled with a good working knowledge of Excel. This is a 12 month contract role with an immediate start.
