Sous Chef & Chef de Partie required for our prestigious client, a food led establishment in the Folkestone area. A new Head Chef has been appointed and the kitchen team is to be built up. TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED due to location.
The ideal candidate for the role of Sous Chef & Chef de Partie will have experience at a Rosette / fine dining level or high end gastro pub for this opportunity.
The salary for this opportunity of Sous Chef & Chef de Partie is according to level of experience and ranges from £18,000 to £24,000 p.a. plus a share of the tronc / live out only. TRANSPORT IS REQUIRED due to location
