About the KS1 Teacher and EYFS Phase Leader Role

In this exciting KS1 Teacher and EYFS Phase Leader position you will be working to develop KS1 as part of the middle leadership team and you will be working with support from an inspirational Headteacher. This KS1 Middle Leader position involves maintaining the standard of teaching and learning within your phase by providing all classrooms with suitable resources. You will be responsible for setting the benchmark for excellent classroom practice by assessing and appropriately  assigning relevant training programmes. As a KS1 Teacher and EYFS Phase Leader you will be splitting your time between leading lessons as a class teacher and rising to the challenge of a middle management. Experience as EYFS phase lead is essential as you will need to work autonomously from the off.
