About the role
In this position, you will be joining the Clinical Negligence team. You will assist the team with all aspects of the management of clinical and non-clinical claims, working closely with instructed solicitors/barristers, liaison with HM Coroners and their Officers in the management of inquests.
You will manage your own caseload of claims, inquests and other enquiries or requests for legal advice. This will include supporting staff in writing statements required for legal matters, attending inquests and other Court hearings where appropriate.
This is a great opportunity if you are looking for a stepping stone in to a Clinical Negligence role and do not have previous experience within this area. It will also suit someone who has had some exposure to Clinical Negligence but perhaps are looking to expand your skills and knowledge further within this area.
In return, my client can offer you great structured career progression and superb benefits. Starting salary for this position is £15,000, which will then increase to £17,000 upon successful completion of probation.
