This is a permanent opportunity for a proactive, motivated candidate who is a interested in an exciting opportunity working for a small and successful publishing house. You will be contacting clients based within a niche market in which you have a very good name. Sales and account development are achieved through various channels including phone, email, social media etc.

Job Details:

Out bound sales calls / warm and cold calling

Developing new business and leads

Following up on leads within agreed timescales

Using marketing tools available to achieve sales objectives and improve customer relations

Liaising with team and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of customer’s needs and expectations

Managing and keeping up to date client database

Monitor and report on sales activities and provide regular management information as required

Actively researching potential clients and identifying competitor activity

Experience and skills required:

Experience of working in a sales or customer service environment is desirable

Confident, friendly and persuasive personality is essential

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

A 'can do’ attitude and excellent organisation skills are essential

Ability to hit the ground running
