I am currently recruiting on behalf of a large IFA company based in heart of West Sussex actively looking to recruit a Business/Technical Support Manager.
The role would be to lead the back office support team in the company which includes Paraplanners & Administrators.
The role would include the following responsibilities:
Managing the teams workload, putting in place KPI's, review process & systems, all HR related issues and liaising with different providers.
My client is looking for somebody that is an experienced Financial Planninng technical professional who ideally has got exposure to managing a back office team and is technically proficient themselves having an insight into the Paraplanner & Admin role within an IFA. Ideally you would have Level 4 Diploma as minumum however my client may consider somebody that isn't DipFS but has good experience.
The role would look to pay a basic salary of up to c50k plus bonus & benefits.
