Job Title: Sales & Marketing Administrator

Location: Coventry

Salary: £19,000 - £22,000

Our client is an established manufacturing company based in the heart of Coventry, supplying consumer products to a number of major retailers across the UK. Due to impressive growth, they are now looking to acquire the services of an experienced and ambitious Sales & Marketing Administrator, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager. For the right candidate this will be an interesting and varied role incorporating both general sales administration and marketing expertise, offering genuine career progression.

Main responsibilities:

  • General sales administrative support to the Sales team and MD
  • Efficiently producing sales reports and presentations in a timely manner
  • Confidently carrying out sales analysis on a day-to-day basis
  • Effective implementation of agreed marketing plans such as new product launches and press releases
  • Liaising closely with clients, photographers, designers and internal communications
  • Having a hand in updating product guides and website content
  • Consistent maintenance of social media sites

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience as an Administrator ideally within a sales & marketing department
  • Proficient with all Microsoft packages especially with Excel
  • A confident, ambitious individual who can work pro-actively and within a team
  • Highly organised with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and take ownership of the tasks at hand
  • Fantastic communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Educated to a degree level is preferable
