Purchase Ledger Manager
Brewster Pratap are currently recruiting Purchase Ledger Manager for a leading, organisation in Leeds. This business is experiencing extensive growth organically through their own success and further acquisitions. Work in a vibrate office where you will be responsible for 6 experienced purchase ledger clerks. This role will give you the autonomy to grow and develop an already productive team as you see appropriate. The company is ideally situated for people living in Leeds, Wakefield & Bradford. Previous purchase Ledger Supervision experience is essential. There is free on site parking and the offices are based on a main bus routes.
Working in a friendly relaxed working environment, your duties will include:
Giving support to the Purchase ledger team to ensure all aspects of purchase ledger are carried out accurately and timely.
- Over seeing all Bank reconciliations and Petty cash
- Signing off for payment all staff credit cards
- Managing the payment runs
- Management reporting
- Recruitment as the team expands
- process & system improvements
Strong previous Purchase ledger supervisory or management experience is essential along with good excel skills
- Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
- On-site parking
