Chef de Partie - Maidenhead
Privately owned 4 * hotel under new management looks to build a strong team to take the growing hotel to the next level. The Georgian Manor setting attracts over 40 weddings a year and the hotel is looking for the right people to deliver the highest standards of service. There is a real chance to develop within the company as the hotel grows.
As a CDP you will be: preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to your best ability, managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you.
You will be working with 100% fresh food, in a kitchen with currently 1 Rosette. They are looking to push forward and gain and Second Rosette in the six months and work towards a third. You'll be working along side Michelin star chef, this will be a real opportunity to grow as a chef This means that they are looking for a great chef that is able to delegate properly.
You will be working hours to business requirement.
Salary: £16-20k plus benefits
