Fantastic opportunity to be part of an award winning culinary team and world renowned Resort. As Sous Chef you will assist in the running of one of our six restaurants. You will be hard-working and committed who strives for perfection.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef who as at least two years experience of working as a Sous Chef within a 4 or 5 Star Hotels. Hotel and Banqueting experience also requried. You will need to have excellent leaderships skills as you will be in charge of a team of 8 staff in the Head Chefs absence. Be commitment to delivering a high level of service, ability to work under pressure and have excellent grooming standards. Have experience of understanding menu costing and menu planning, knowledge of food costs, fully understanding of HACCP.
Salary and Benefits
£24K/£25K per annum
