Up to £40,000pa + benefits
Our client is seeking a Management Accountant to oversee the activities of the Finance Department ensuring it is organised and effective, and produces accurate financial and managements accounts for the Executive Board with the input from various departments throughout the business.Reports directly to the Managing Director, and manages the Weymouth Finance team.
* Maintaining Sage to trial balance including, Bank reconciliation, Sales ledger, Purchase ledger, Depreciation, Accruals and prepayments
* Managing the Finance Assistants and the bookkeeping procedures
Cash flow forecasting, and responsible for credit control and supplier balances
* Preparation of P&L and balance sheets
* Preparation of management accounts including budget and variance reports
* VAT returns
Skills & Experience:
Ideally qualified ACCA or CIMA, but may consider Part Qualified if experience of Manufactoring or Aerospace.
