Business Development Executive

Our Client a Fintech & Financial solutions company is very proud of our people who have progressed through the sales organisation. Due to our core belief in internal promotion, most sales managers and senior salespeople have worked their way up to this position from a Business Developer. This opportunity to rapidly build a career is not left to chance. A Business Development Executive’s progression from one role to the next is a transparent process, requiring the achievement of business and financial targets. Underpinning this progression is an accompanying training programme, designed to equip our future sales leaders with the professional sales and management skills needed to succeed.

A business development professional has three primary responsibilities:

  1. Identifying new sales leads
  2. Pitching products and/or services
  3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

For this Business Development Executive position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Strong sales potential
  • B2B sales experience and phone skills.
  • You may be a graduate looking to make the first step into sales
  • Energetic and bubbly candidates who want to progress their career
  • Work ethic
  • Financial Background ( Beneficial but not a must )

Location: Victoria

Salary: £20,000 plus Commission

Start Date: ASAP
