My Client is a market leading manufacturer of fantastic gifts and games for children through to adults. Providing an amazing range of fun and quirky products to large multi-national accounts such as John Lewis, Boots, Debenhams, Harrods and Selfridges (to name a few) to small independent boutiques. Due to continued growth my client is looking for a lively and meticulous Customer Service / Account Executive for their team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing continued support to small and large retail accounts. This will see you preparing sales orders with responsibilities of full sales administration and updating spreadsheets, through to purchase of stock and order & supply management to general administration duties and data input whilst managing client relationships, up-selling and cross-selling to existing accounts. Further to this, you will also be responsible for marketing activities which will see you marketing the company and new products directly via various marketing campaigns, initiatives and promotions. This is a varied and diverse role that will see you dealing with large and small retail customers, suppliers and internal staff from sales and marketing through to procurement. You will also be part of the team when promoting at trade shows and fairs across the country. You will be based from lovely offices in West London.

For this role, my client is looking for a lively, intelligent and bubbly individual who has a natural ability to build instant rapport. This role will need an individual with strong attention to detail who can work autonomously. My Client is ideally seeking someone with account management experience who possesses an excellent telephone manner, is well presented and articulate and can be part of a small close knit team.

For this role, my client is offering a basic salary of £25-28K negotiable depending on level of experience, with a bonus structure for successful completion of work to tight deadlines as well as increase in any further sales.
