Business Development Manager, Fit Out
A team of commercial property experts based in the heart of London, this company has been growing 20% year on year as a result of their imaginative workplace designs. They want that growth trend to continue and that’s where you come in.
An interesting and autonomous role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Researching, seeking and winning new business opportunities. Once those opportunities are secured, you’ll remain the key contact through the entire process to project completion, finding solutions to any bumps in the road along the way.
- Maximising revenue and repeat business by managing and developing opportunities with existing accounts. This will be achieved through relationship management, effective service delivery and deep knowledge of the design and build world.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to possess an impressive combination of skills that encompass new business development, account management as well as project management. Perhaps you feel limited in your current role and are looking for something more challenging and dynamic.
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record within the design and build sector, in either a project director or business development capacity. Energy, drive and persistence are non-negotiable, along with an entrepreneurial focus and strong character.
On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience. With uncapped commission, you’re able to write your own earnings.
