We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join one of the South's most exciting, growing organisations based in Salisbury, Wilts.

The role is situated in a stunning location and will include you working with the general public, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing the customers with a true life experience.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure customers and their families who attend leave with long lasting memories.

Key objectives of this role:

  • To support with continuous up selling and operational improvements
  • Leadership of the Customer Experience team to ensure that the customer journey from arrival to the moment they leave are world leading!
  • Support with training and ongoing development of the customer service team

Candidates being put forward for this role should have experience of working within a customer facing role with proven examples of delivering exceptional service.

Experience within a supervisory role will be advantageous, but not essential because training will be provided.
